A new perspective on life

When we accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior, we become new creations. We are no longer defined by our past mistakes, shortcomings, or failures. Instead, we are defined by our relationship with Christ and the hope that comes with it. "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!" - 2 Corinthians 5:17 (NIV).
As new creations, we are given a new perspective on life. We can look at the world through the lens of hope and faith, knowing that God is working all things together for our good (Romans 8:28). We can trust that even when things don't make sense, God is still in control and working in our lives.
The new perspective we have also allows us to see the value and worth of every person, including ourselves. We no longer have to measure ourselves by worldly standards, but instead, we can see ourselves as God sees us - loved, forgiven, and chosen.
So today, let us embrace the new perspective that comes with being in Christ. Let us leave behind our old ways of thinking and living, and embrace the new life that He has given us. May we always remember that in Him, we have hope and a future.

Dear Lord, thank You for making me a new creation in You. Help me to see the world through Your eyes and to have a new perspective on life. Give me the courage to leave behind my old ways of thinking and living, and to embrace the new life You have given me. Help me to trust in You and to have faith that You are always working for my good. In Jesus' name, Amen.
