Prayer Request

Forgiveness is important in our relationships with others. Colossians 3:13 tells us: "Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you". When we hold grudges and refuse to forgive, it creates tension and division in our relationships, but when we choose to forgive, we release the grip that anger and bitterness have on our hearts, and we open the door for healing and reconciliation.

Forgiveness is not easy, and it can be difficult to let go of the hurt and pain that someone may have caused us, but when we remember that God has forgiven us, and that He continues to forgive us every day, it gives us the strength and the courage to forgive others.

Love forgives, because that is what God does. He forgives us when we sin, and He calls us to forgive others in the same way. When we forgive, we reflect God's love and grace to the world around us, and we bring hope, peace, and joy to those in need.

Let us reflect on God's love and forgiveness, and ask Him to help us forgive those who have hurt us. Let us pray for the strength to live in His love, and to reflect His love to the world around us.

Pray with us

Dear God, thank You for Your love and forgiveness. Help us to forgive others, just as You have forgiven us. Give us the strength to live in Your love, and to reflect Your love to the world around us. Amen.
