The promise of new beginnings in the arrival of spring
"See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?" - Isaiah 43:19
Spring is a season of renewal, growth, and new beginnings. As nature begins to bloom and blossom, we are reminded of the promise of new life and new opportunities. The arrival of spring is a perfect time to reflect on the promise of new beginnings that God has for us. One verse that speaks to this promise is found in Isaiah 43:19, which says:
"See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland."
God promises to do a new thing in our lives. Even when we feel like we are in the wilderness or the wasteland, God is at work making a way for us. The arrival of spring is a reminder that new growth and new life are possible, even in the midst of difficult circumstances.
Just as the trees and flowers begin to bloom in the spring, we too can experience new growth and new beginnings. We can let go of the past and embrace the future that God has for us. We can trust that God is making a way for us, even when we cannot see it.
As we enter this season of spring, let us remember the promise of new beginnings. Let us trust in God's plans for our lives, and let us have faith that He is making a way for us. May we embrace the new growth and new opportunities that come our way, and may we always give thanks to God for His faithfulness and love.

Fill my heart with hope and joy, and help me to see the beauty and blessings in every day. Thank You for Your love and faithfulness, and for the promise of new beginnings that You bring to my life. Amen.
