Growing in grace as a family
"But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ" - 2 Peter 3:18
“But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be glory both now and forever! Amen.” - 2 Peter 3:18.
As a family, it's important to grow in grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ. We need to create a culture of grace in our homes, extending it to one another just as Christ extends it to us. Growing in grace means we accept each other's faults, forgive each other when we mess up, and continually work on improving our relationships.
When we grow in the knowledge of Christ, we understand what He has done for us and how we are to follow Him. We can seek His guidance and wisdom in all aspects of our lives, including our family relationships.
So let us commit to growing in grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ as a family. Let us be patient with one another, forgive each other, and encourage one another to become more like Christ. And let us always give glory to Him both now and forever.
May God's grace and peace be with our families today and always.
Pray with us
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the gift of family and for the grace that You pour out upon us each day. Help us to grow in grace as a family, to extend grace to one another, and to walk in the love and forgiveness that You have shown us. Guide us in all that we do, and help us to be a reflection of Your love and grace to others. In Jesus' name, Amen.
