Advertised picture shows a metal material clip. This is false advertisement. It's made of wood with a print on top. Im soooo disappointed 😞. Bad shipping in plastic bag and not material Advertised. Hi, I ordered two mugs size 15oz and received the smaller Oz.
We ordered two. One was perfect. The other was not. Sent a photo of what was supposed to be on the ball as well as what the ball looked like. Requested that they send one naith correct wording al ok g with the same photos and I have not heard as to whether they will be correcting their error and sending a replacement or if they will be refunding my money and I need to reorder.
