I am pleased with my tumbler. I have only had it a few days but so far it seems to be what I expected. I ordered 1 for myself and 7 more for family, friends and pastors. Shipping took about a week o10 days but that was expected since they came from so far away. They were packaged very well with no damage to any of them.
