DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! MY TRAVEL MUG, A GIFT FOR A RETIRED PASTOR AND GOSPEL SINGER, I HAD IT PERSONALIZED, LOOKED AT THE PREVIEW, ALL LOOKED GREAT! IT CAME IN IN A DAMAGED BOX, HAD DEEP SCRATCHES ON THE FINISH IN MANY SPOTS, BUT THE WORSE PART WAS IT WAS ALL IN SPANISH! I TOOK PICS THE SAME DAY CONTACTED THEM ABOUT THE ISSUES AND THEY DON'T DO REFUNDS WHICH I DIDN'T WANT, I WANTED THE MUG! THEY SAID THEY WOULD REMAKE ONE BUT IN SPANISH! IF YOU HAVE TO REMAKE ONE, WHY NOT SATISFY YOUR CUSTOM AND DO IT IN ENGLISH? IT IS PERSONALIZED, HAD TO BE REDONE, WILL NOT REFUND OR DO IT IN ENGLISH! THEY ARE TRULY A NON CARING BUSINESS HIDING BEHIND THEIR NAME "JESUSPIRIT", WHICH IS NOT WHO THEY ARE! IT DOES NOT REPRESENT THE SPIRIT OF JESUS! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS FOR SERVICE AND PRODUCT! I am pleased with my tumbler. I have only had it a few days but so far it seems to be what I expected. I ordered 1 for myself and 7 more for family, friends and pastors. Shipping took about a week o10 days but that was expected since they came from so far away. They were packaged very well with no damage to any of them.

Well I was quite surprised when I received our coffee mug it had the armor of God on it +my name on mine and my wife name on hers it is very beautifully made but I must say something that really impressed me is the day that they delivered my package on that day we had a big storm, rain , thunder, very strong wind , hail and tornadoes so that deliverer was very courageous to deliver the package in such weather on 10 the service was unbelievable 10/10 perfect service I tough they would have delivered on a other day but no! Whatever the weather they delivered thank you so much…may God bless you for a job very well done…I also had a Bible cover witch was as beautiful as the coffee mug so thank you so much…
