I can't give a review since I never received it. I tried to look for it for days, and when I went to the post office they thought the tracking number was fake. Even though they eventually said it was delivered I was adamant it never arrived and living in a rural area where theft of packages is practically unheard of, I can only speculate what happened. I tried to email and got a quick response verifying it had been delivered according to their records but their records are wrong. When I tried to explain that I got silence. I can't file a loss claim because there's no insurance and have not heard back in hours from the company. I shouldn't pay for something I never received and shouldn't be made feel like it's my problem now and be out money for an item I will never recieve.

The only thing is he didn't like the lid he likes the lids that open and shut slide. But he still loves the cup
